Thank you for your interest in becoming an affiliate of KLT Authority. By participating in our affiliate program, you can earn commissions by promoting our marketing automation software to your audience.

Please read this affiliate agreement carefully before joining our program. By joining our program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not join our program.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in our affiliate program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old;
• Have a website or other online presence;
• Agree to our terms and conditions and privacy policy;
• Provide accurate and complete information about yourself when you register for the program.

2. Enrollment

To enroll in our affiliate program, you must complete the online application form and provide us with a valid email address. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason, including, but not limited to, inappropriate content on your website or online presence.

3. Commission

As an affiliate, you will earn a commission of 30% on qualifying sales made through your unique referral link. The minimum threshold for commission payments is $100. US-based affiliates are required to submit a W-9 form before being paid. We reserve the right to change the commission rate and threshold at any time, with or without notice.

4. Payment

Commissions will be paid monthly through PayPal or by check, provided that the minimum threshold of $100 has been met. We reserve the right to hold or delay payment for any reason, including, but not limited to, suspected fraudulent activity or a violation of our terms and conditions.

5. Marketing Materials

As an affiliate, you may use our marketing materials, including banners and text links, to promote our marketing automation software. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your marketing efforts, and you may not use any false or misleading statements or representations. All marketing materials must also comply with our brand guidelines. We reserve the right to review and approve all marketing materials before they are used.

6. Term and Termination

This affiliate agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement at any time by removing all links to our website and marketing materials. We may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to you. Upon termination, you will no longer be eligible to receive commissions, and you must remove all links to our website and marketing materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of this agreement or the use of our marketing automation software.

8. Governing Law

This affiliate agreement and your participation in our affiliate program will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Hernando County, Florida.

9. Entire Agreement

This affiliate agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and KLT Authority and supersedes any prior agreements between you and KLT Authority (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of this affiliate agreement).
